Last autumn, I was captivated by the beautiful color of the watermelon radishes I grew in my garden. This spring, I planted about 100 more, and they grew so plump! I harvested them and decided to add them to a fresh salad. Watermelon radish contains eight times more antioxidants than regular radish, making it a fantastic choice for both taste and health! Main Ingredients- 1 bunch fresh lettuce

Cooking Instructions
