Sweet Potato Sandwich Main Ingredients

  • 5 cherry tomatoes (or 1 regular tomato)
  • 1/4 onion
  • 5 red chili flakes (optional)

Tomato Salsa Dressing

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2/3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 0.3 Tbsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp honey (or equivalent sweetener like allulose, agave syrup)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water. Use a knife to gently scrape off any dark spots or blemishes on the skin. Trim off the ends of both sides for a neat preparation.
