This is a recipe I, who didn’t use to enjoy natto, relied on as a meal replacement during my diet. It’s a simple and healthy way to fill your stomach, especially on busy mornings. The sweetness of the banana is the masterstroke! 🙂

Ingredients
  • Natto 100g (1 pack)
  • Milk 400ml
  • Banana 1 piece

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare 1 pack (100g) of natto, 400ml of fresh milk, and 1 ripe banana. For a sweeter taste, it’s best to use a banana with a few brown spots.

Step 2

Place all the prepared natto, milk, and banana into a blender. Secure the lid and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until everything is completely smooth and well combined, making a ‘whizzing’ sound. Ensure the natto’s characteristic sticky texture and the banana are thoroughly blended together.

Step 3

This recipe yields approximately 2 servings. If you’re making it for one person, simply halve all the ingredients. For an extra touch of richness and nutty flavor, consider topping your smoothie with your favorite nuts like almonds or walnuts. It’s a perfect, filling meal for those hectic mornings!
