  • 1/3 onion, finely minced (about 4 Tbsp)
  • 3 cups shredded pizza cheese (mozzarella)
  • 1 slice processed cheese
  • 4 strips bacon

First, prepare the onion that will add flavor to your Bacon Corn Cheese. Peel about 1/3 of an onion and mince it very finely. Aim for about 4 tablespoons of minced onion. Set the minced onion aside for now.

Next, open the canned corn and drain the liquid completely. You can drain it using a sieve or gently press it with paper towels to absorb excess moisture. Place the drained corn kernels into a large bowl along with the minced onion.

Now it’s time to prepare the bacon, which will add a wonderful savory flavor. Cut 4 strips of bacon into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 cm wide).
