Main Ingredients- 2 medium potatoes

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the potatoes thoroughly. Peel them using a peeler or knife, then slice them about 0.5 cm thick. Afterward, cut them into long, thin strips approximately 0.3 cm wide. Cutting them too thinly can cause them to break apart during cooking, so aim for a consistent thickness.
Step 2
Place the julienned potatoes in a colander and rinse lightly under running water to remove excess starch. Once drained, add 1/2 Tbsp of coarse salt and gently mix, then let it sit for about 5 minutes to season the potatoes. This step helps the potatoes maintain their shape when stir-fried and infuses them with flavor.

Rinse the seasoned potatoes again in cold water briefly. After removing most of the salt, drain them thoroughly in a colander. Pat them dry completely with paper towels; this prevents oil splattering during cooking and helps the potatoes become crispier.

Now, prepare for stir-frying. You can make small slits in the Vienna sausages or briefly blanch them in boiling water. Heat 2-3 Tbsp of canola oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
