Main Ingredients- 1 piece Frozen Chicken Breast (approx. 200g)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 pack Enoki Mushrooms
- A little Milk (for removing chicken odor)
- A little Cooking Oil (for stir-frying)
Seasoning Ingredients- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 0.5 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

Step 1
First, prepare all the ingredients for the dish. Thaw the frozen chicken breast and wash and trim the vegetables. The preparation is very simple!

Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips about 0.5cm thick. Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, lightly rinse the caps under running water, and shake off excess moisture before preparing.

Rinse the chicken breast under cold water to remove any blood. Place it in a bowl and pour in enough milk to cover the chicken. Let it soak for about 5 minutes. This step effectively removes any gamey odor from the chicken and helps tenderize the meat.

Rinse the milk-soaked chicken breast thoroughly under running water and pat it dry. Then, cut it into bite-sized cubes, about 2-3cm. Cutting them into appropriate sizes will prevent them from falling apart too much during cooking.

Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add a little cooking oil, and stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant. Once the garlic aroma is released, add the diced chicken breast and a pinch of black pepper. Stir-fry until the chicken turns white on the outside.
