  • 100g Fresh Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 Scallion (Green Onion)
  • 5 cloves Garlic

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the beef brisket. Sear for a few minutes until browned on both sides. Cooking the brisket in its own rendered fat will enhance its savory flavor and richness.

Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly under cold running water. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the bean sprouts, and blanch for just 1-2 minutes. Immediately drain and rinse under cold water to maintain their crisp texture. Be careful not to overcook them, as they can become mushy.

Once the beef brisket has changed color and is cooked to your liking, add the minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry with the brisket. The garlic will add a wonderful aroma and depth of flavor.
