Ingredients- 50g Dried Beef Jerky (preferred type)
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Red Chili Pepper (like Cheongyang pepper)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 ripe Tomato
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the dried beef jerky into bite-sized pieces. Smaller pieces will absorb the sauce better and be easier to eat.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the 1/4 onion, 1 red chili pepper (seeds removed), 1 red bell pepper (seeds removed), and 1 ripe tomato. Blend until smooth. This step adds a rich, vegetable-based flavor and aroma to the sauce.
Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the blended vegetable mixture and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates and a fragrant aroma is released. Cooking the sauce thoroughly develops its deep flavor.
Step 4
Once the sauce begins to bubble, add the prepared beef jerky to the pan. Simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3-5 minutes, allowing the jerky to absorb the flavorful sauce. Your delicious beef jerky stir-fry is now ready!
