  • Soaked dried bracken (gosari)
  • Goyang Gawaji Rice
  • Seasoning sauce (soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, toasted sesame seeds, etc.)

Cooking Instructions

First, prepare the Goyang Gawaji Rice for cooking. Rinse the rice thoroughly and let it soak for about 30 minutes to ensure a delicious texture.

Rinse the prepared bracken (gosari) under running water to clean it, then drain well. Cut the bracken into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm. Using pre-soaked bracken will result in a softer texture.

Spread the soaked bracken evenly over the rice in the rice cooker pot. You can adjust the ratio of rice to bracken according to your preference.

Add water to cover the rice and bracken. It’s recommended to use slightly less water than you normally would for cooking rice. Press the ‘cook’ button on your rice cooker to prepare the delicious meal.
