- 40g Whole garlic cloves (approx. 12 cloves)
- Cooking oil, as needed

Seasoning- 1 Tbsp raw sugar or white sugar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken thigh fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm in length. If you have frozen chicken, thaw it slowly in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. Wash the whole garlic cloves, pat them completely dry, and if any cloves are very large, cut them in half to help them absorb the flavors better.
