- 1 Tbsp plum extract

- 1 Tbsp plum extract
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
The key to versatile baby food is fresh vegetables! You can use any vegetables you have on hand, but choosing ones your child likes will make it even more enjoyable. Colorful vegetables also help capture a baby’s attention.
Step 2
Finely mince all ingredients into bite-sized pieces suitable for babies. If you have pre-minced beef, it will save you cooking time. Otherwise, you can finely mince bulgogi-style beef. In this recipe, we used up the ingredients we had available!
Step 3
Start by stir-frying the vegetables. Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry the vegetables first. It’s especially important to cook them until very soft, as younger babies might spit out firmer textures. Adding a small amount of water intermittently will help them cook down without burning.
Step 4
Now it’s time to add flavor! Stir in 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, and 1 Tbsp plum extract, and stir-fry them with the vegetables. This creates a delicious soboro seasoning that combines sweetness and savory notes, perfect for kids.
Step 5
When the sauce has reduced slightly, add the stir-fried minced beef and cook together. Once all ingredients are well combined, finish with a drizzle of sesame oil for extra flavor. Your delicious minced beef soboro is ready! Let it cool, portion, and freeze for later use.
