Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 1 block of firm tofu. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces (such as cubes or half-moons). Pat the surface of the tofu thoroughly dry with paper towels. Do not season the tofu at this stage.

Now, preheat a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil. The nutty aroma of perilla oil pairs wonderfully with tofu, but you can substitute with regular cooking oil if needed.
