Main Ingredients- Roast ham 160g
- Oyster mushrooms 150g
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 3 Korean green chilies (Cheongyang peppers)
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cooking oil
Cooking Instructions

Prepare all ingredients for stir-frying. Tear the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces along their natural grain. Slice the onion thinly into strips. Slice the Korean green chilies diagonally, removing the seeds if you prefer less heat. Cut the zucchini into thin rectangular slices (about 0.5cm thick). Slice the roast ham thinly to match the length of the mushroom pieces.
