  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Bowls of Cooked Rice (preferably warm)
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Pinch of Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 1

First, let’s prepare the key ingredients for our fried rice. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces and finely chop the green onion. Crack the two eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork or whisk until smooth to create an egg mixture. For even softer scrambled eggs, add a pinch of salt to the egg mixture.

Step 2

Now, we’ll build a flavorful base. Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped green onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. This process infuses the oil with the aromatic essence of green onion and garlic, significantly enhancing the overall flavor of the fried rice.

Once the aroma of the green onion and garlic is prominent, add the prepared sausage to the pan and stir-fry it with the aromatics. The key is to cook the sausage until it’s golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside, while remaining juicy inside.
