- 1/2 medium zucchini (about 150g)
- 4-5 button mushrooms (about 100g)
- 1/3 small onion (about 50g)
- 1/5 small carrot (about 30g)

First, wash and prepare all your ingredients. Thinly slice the zucchini, mushrooms, onion, and carrot. Slicing them thinly ensures they cook evenly and absorb the flavors beautifully.

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over low heat. Add the chopped green onions and gently sauté until fragrant and slightly golden. This step creates a delicious scallion-infused oil that elevates the dish’s flavor.
