  • 250g smoked duck breast (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
  • 10 pieces perilla leaves (thinly sliced into strips)
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)
  • 7 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)

First, prepare all your ingredients. Thinly slice the garlic and the onion. Slice the smoked duck breast into bite-sized pieces.

Now, let’s make the fried rice. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sliced smoked duck. Cook until lightly browned and crispy. The duck will release its own fat, so there’s no need to add extra oil.

Once the smoked duck has rendered some fat, add the thinly sliced garlic to the pan. Stir-fry until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
