Fried Rice Ingredients

  • 5 peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 1/4 carrot
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/3 packet enoki mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bowls warm cooked rice

  • Pinch of black garlic salt (or regular salt)

First, prepare all the ingredients for the fried rice. For the shrimp, remove the shells and devein them, then rinse and pat dry. Finely chop the green onions, carrot, and onion. Separate the enoki mushrooms by trimming the root end and pulling them apart.

Heat about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant and the oil is infused with their aroma. This will form the aromatic base for your fried rice.
