Black Sesame Dressing Ingredients- 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 7-8 Tbsp apple juice
- 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 7-8 Tbsp apple juice

Step 1
First, let’s make the black sesame peanut dressing. Grind the black sesame seeds very finely using a blender or mortar and pestle until smooth. In a bowl, combine the ground black sesame seeds with the remaining dressing ingredients: sugar, perilla seed powder, mayonnaise, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and apple juice. Whisk everything together until well combined and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain. This creates a wonderfully flavorful dressing.
