- 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 bowl of Cold Rice (approx. 200g)
Seasonings and Garnish- 8g Seasoning Mix (BokRice or store-bought rice ball seasoning)
- Sesame Seeds (a pinch)

- 8g Seasoning Mix (BokRice or store-bought rice ball seasoning)
- Sesame Seeds (a pinch)
- Chopped Parsley (optional)
- Red Pepper Flakes (for adult portion, optional)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the shrimp by peeling and rinsing them thoroughly. If frozen, thaw them in cold water and pat dry. Finely mince the carrot and pickled radish. (Tip: Using raw carrot adds a delightful crunch, but if your child prefers, you can lightly sauté it first.)
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the cold rice, minced carrot, minced pickled radish, and the seasoning mix (8g of BokRice or store-bought rice ball seasoning). Add the prepared shrimp to the bowl.
Step 3
Gently mix all the ingredients together with your hands until well combined. Be careful not to mash the rice grains; aim for a gentle mix to keep the texture pleasant. Ensure the shrimp are evenly distributed throughout the rice.
