Cheesecake Ingredients- 2/3 cup cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp almond flour
Cooking Instructions

First, place the softened cream cheese in a bowl. Use a whisk or spatula to beat it until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps. A smooth cream cheese base is key for a great cheesecake texture.

Add the milk (1/2 cup) and almond flour (2 tbsp) to the softened cream cheese. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and you have a smooth batter. Make sure there are no dry pockets of almond flour.
