First, prepare all your ingredients. Peel the potato (about 1 medium size) using a peeler. Prepare 50g of carrot and 95g of ham as well. (If using Spam, consider adjusting the salt quantity due to its saltiness.)

Julienne the prepared potato, carrot, and ham into thin strips. Aim for strips about 0.3-0.5 cm thick. Cutting them this way will shorten the cooking time and ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed for a tastier result.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. You can also use vegetable oil or grapeseed oil if preferred.
