  • 4 sausages (e.g., Vienna sausages or your favorite kind)
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 30ml milk (approx. 2 Tbsp)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Appropriate amount of canola oil or cooking oil
  • Small amount of mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Small amount of green onion (optional)

Cooking Instructions
