Ingredients- Oatmeal (Rolled Oats) 40g (approx. 4 tablespoons)
- Chia Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Lotus Biscoff Spread 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
- Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Essence 1-2 drops
- Unsweetened Soy Milk 190ml (or your preferred milk/plant-based beverage)

Step 1
Begin by placing 40g of oatmeal into a clean bowl. Oatmeal is rich in soluble fiber, which helps you feel full longer and aids in blood sugar regulation.

Now, let’s add the flavor-enhancing ingredients. Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and the star of our sweet flavor, 1 tablespoon of Lotus spread. For an aromatic touch, add 1-2 drops of vanilla extract. Finally, pour in 190ml of unsweetened soy milk. (You can also use regular milk or another plant-based milk like almond or oat milk.)

Once all ingredients are in the bowl, stir them well with a spatula or spoon until combined and there are no lumps. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. This allows the oatmeal and chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid, becoming soft and creamy. Overnight refrigeration works best for optimal texture.

After 12 hours, transfer the chilled mixture from the refrigerator into a blender or mixer. Blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the shake seems too thick, you can add a little more soy milk to reach your desired consistency.
