Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 apple (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 onion (thinly sliced)
  • A handful of cocktail shrimp (thawed and drained)
  • 2-3 dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked in warm water, stems removed, thinly sliced)
  • Plenty of pizza cheese
  • 1-2 tortillas

Sauce & Seasoning

  • 2-3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1-2 Tbsp mustard

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the vegetables and fruits for the pizza. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice the apple after removing the core. Thinly slice the onion as well. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water for about 10 minutes, then remove the tough stems and slice them thinly. Thaw the cocktail shrimp and pat them dry.

Step 2

Spread the prepared sauces onto the tortilla. Start by spreading 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup evenly, then drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of mustard in a zig-zag pattern over the top. You can adjust the amount of sauce to your preference. Next, arrange the sliced vegetables, fruit, shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms attractively. Finally, sprinkle generously with pizza cheese to your liking.

Step 2

Step 3

Place the pizza in a preheated oven and bake. Put the tortilla pizza into an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the pizza cheese is melted and golden brown, and the tortilla edges are crisp. The baking time may vary depending on your oven, so check periodically to prevent burning. It’s best enjoyed warm!
