- 1/3 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or a blend)
- 1 large egg
Optional Flavor Boosters- Dried parsley flakes, for garnish

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the cabbage thoroughly and pat it dry. Shred it as finely as possible. Spread the shredded cabbage evenly in the pan you’ll be using for baking. Finer shreds will result in a crispier and tastier pizza crust.

Step 2
Sprinkle the 2 pinches of salt and drizzle the 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the shredded cabbage. Gently toss with your hands to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed. Spread the cabbage mixture to form an even layer in the pan.

Step 3
Now, it’s time to press down the cabbage and apply the tomato sauce. Use the back of a spoon to press the cabbage firmly, compacting it to form a base. Once the cabbage has settled, spread 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce evenly over the surface, reaching close to the edges for a beautiful finish.

Step 4
Layer your desired toppings over the cabbage base. Arrange the chopped sandwich ham, then scatter the thinly sliced green bell pepper. Finally, generously sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the toppings, anticipating its melt.

Step 5
Gently press the center of the pizza with the back of a spoon to create a slight indentation. Carefully crack the egg into this small well. Try to keep the yolk intact for a beautifully presented pizza.

Step 6
Place the assembled pizza into your air fryer and bake at 165°C (329°F) for 17 minutes. Once baked to a golden perfection, carefully remove the pizza. For an extra touch of flavor and visual appeal, sprinkle with dried parsley flakes and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy your homemade cabbage pizza warm!
