Garlic Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley (optional)

Step 1

First, prepare your bread slices. Cut each slice into 3 equal pieces. Try to make them a size that’s easy to handle, as very small pieces might crumble.

Now, let’s make the delicious garlic butter sauce! In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter (leave it at room temperature to soften), 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix them well. For an even smoother sauce, you can microwave the mixture for about 20 seconds to help the butter melt and ingredients combine easily. If you like, stir in 1/2 tablespoon of dried parsley for an aromatic touch.

Step 3

Spread the prepared garlic butter sauce evenly onto one side of each cut bread piece. Make sure to coat the edges too, so every bite is infused with that wonderful garlic flavor.
