It’s also a great way to enjoy cherry tomatoes that aren’t particularly sweet. If you’re short on time in the morning, this ‘Todalbokkeum’ is ready in under 10 minutes, offering both nutrition and great taste!
Main Ingredients- 5-6 Cherry tomatoes (wash and halve)

First, prepare all your ingredients. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly under running water and then cut them in half. Halving them helps release more juice as they cook, enhancing the flavor.

Crack the 2 eggs into a bowl. To eliminate any eggy smell and add umami, add 1 teaspoon of tuna extract. (If you don’t have tuna extract, soy sauce can be used as a substitute.)

Add a small pinch of salt to the eggs. Be careful not to add too much, as it can make the dish too salty.

Finally, sprinkle in a pinch of black pepper for extra aroma and use a fork to whisk the eggs until the yolks and whites are well combined. Ensure it’s evenly mixed.

Now, preheat your frying pan over medium heat. Add the tablespoon of butter and swirl it around the pan until it’s melted and coats the surface. This adds richness and prevents sticking.
