Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare all the ingredients that will make your pizza delicious! Feel free to add any toppings you love at home, in addition to those listed here, to create your own unique pizza. I’ve prepared corn, bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms, and sweet bulgogi.

Step 1

Step 2

Slice the bacon into bite-sized pieces, about 1cm wide. Pre-slicing makes it easier to add toppings later.

Step 2

Step 3

If you’re making bulgogi pizza, using pre-cooked bulgogi as a topping is a great idea. Its sweet flavor is sure to be a hit with kids!

Step 3

Step 4

Prepare other ingredients like corn for a pop of texture, pepperoni for a bit of spice, and mushrooms for their earthy aroma, according to your preference.

Step 4

Step 5

Olives are a must for a classic pizza flavor! I love olives, so I’ve prepared quite a few. Using pitted olives makes it more convenient.

Step 5

Step 6

Now, take your 20cm tortilla and spread about 1 tablespoon of spaghetti tomato sauce (or pizza sauce) evenly over it. Be careful not to use too much, as it can make the pizza too salty. Spread it thinly to cover the surface.

Step 6

Step 7

Start by arranging the pepperoni slices evenly on the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge. They’ll look great once they’re cooked.

Step 7

Step 8

Next, place the thinly sliced button mushrooms on top of the pepperoni.

Step 8

Step 9

If you’re making bulgogi pizza, now is the time to add the bulgogi topping! You can arrange the toppings in any order you like.

Step 9

Step 10

Add the pre-sliced bacon evenly over the other toppings to enhance the pizza’s flavor.

Step 10

Step 11

Sprinkle the sweet and savory corn kernels evenly across the pizza for a touch of color and balanced taste.

Step 11

Step 12

Strategically place the olives around the pizza to add their signature flavor.

Step 12

Step 13

The grand finale! Generously pile on the pizza cheese, covering the tortilla completely so you can barely see it. The sight of melted, gooey cheese is irresistible!

Step 13

Step 14

Prepare a frying pan by lining it with parchment paper. Carefully place the assembled pizza onto the lined pan. To achieve an oven-like effect and ensure the cheese melts evenly, it’s crucial to cover the pan with a lid. This helps the tortilla become crispy and the toppings cook through.

Step 14

Step 15

Cook over very low heat for about 15 minutes, keeping the lid on, or until the pizza cheese is melted and lightly golden brown. Patience is key here! Once the cheese is perfectly melted, your delicious tortilla pizza is ready. Enjoy it warm!
