Ingredients- 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (adjust to your preference)
- 100ml Cold Milk
- 1 shot Freshly Brewed Espresso (approx. 30ml)
- 1 standard paper cup of Ice Cubes

Step 1
Begin by adding 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream to your blender. If the ice cream is very hard, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly for easier blending.

Next, carefully add about one paper cup’s worth of ice cubes on top of the ice cream. You can adjust the amount of ice to achieve your desired consistency.

Pour in 100ml of cold milk. Using more milk will result in a creamier texture, while less milk will yield a richer flavor.

Secure the lid on the blender. Pulse the mixture briefly, just until the ice is crushed but still has a slight texture; avoid over-blending, as this can melt the ice cream and make the drink too thin.
