Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Crack 5 eggs into a bowl. Add 6 Tbsp of milk and 6 pinches of salt, and whisk thoroughly until frothy. Adding milk will make the eggs even softer.

Lightly grease a non-stick pan with 1 Tbsp of cooking oil over low heat. Pour all the whisked egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly. Keep the heat low to prevent the eggs from burning and ensure they cook gently.
