Make a Nutty and Healthy Soy Milk Latte with Black Beans
I often enjoy coffee at my home cafe. Today, I made a soy milk latte using black beans and concentrated soy milk. It was an incredibly nutty coffee experience.
Ingredients
- Black bean soy milk (concentrated) 180ml
- Espresso 1 shot (approx. 30ml)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, extract a strong shot of espresso. You can use a capsule coffee machine at home, or prepare it by dissolving instant coffee (like KANU) thickly in water. The key to a good latte is a rich coffee flavor!
Step 2
Pour all 180ml of the black bean soy milk into your glass. If your soy milk doesn’t have added sweetness, feel free to add sugar, honey, or another sweetener to your liking. Adjust to your personal preference.
Step 3
Gently pour the prepared shot of espresso over the soy milk. Pouring slowly can create a beautiful layered effect.
Step 4
Your delicious soy milk latte, bursting with nutty flavor, is now complete! Stir well before drinking to fully combine the rich flavors. Enjoy your healthy and delightful coffee break at home!
