Core Ingredients- 1 block Firm Tofu
- 1 can Spam
- 2 cups Kimchi, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 Onion, thinly sliced
Optional Ingredients- 10 cm Green Onion, sliced diagonally
Seasoning & Sauce- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 10 cm Green Onion, sliced diagonally

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Begin by heating a pan over medium heat. Add the sesame oil and cooking oil. Then, introduce the chopped kimchi and sliced onion, along with the sugar. Sauté everything together until the kimchi becomes tender and fragrant. The sugar helps to mellow out the tanginess of the kimchi.

Step 2
Once the kimchi has softened slightly, stir in the gochujang and gochugaru. Continue to stir-fry for a little longer, then add the diagonally sliced green onions. Finally, sprinkle in the toasted sesame seeds and give it a quick mix. Your delicious stir-fried kimchi is now ready!

Now, let’s prepare the tofu. Place the whole block of tofu in a pot filled with water. Bring it to a simmer over medium-low heat and let it warm through. Once heated, carefully remove the tofu and gently drain any excess water.
