Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block Tofu (approx. 150g)
- 1/2 can Spam (small size, approx. 100g)
- 3 Eggs
- A little cooking oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, slice the 1/2 block of tofu into approximately 1cm thick pieces. Then, cut each of these pieces in half, resulting in a total of 4 slices. Prepare the Spam by slicing it into about 7-8mm thick pieces. Try to cut both the tofu and spam into similar sizes to make neat sandwiches.

Prepare the simple seasonings. Have cooking oil ready for frying and a pinch of salt to lightly season the tofu. The salt enhances the tofu’s savory flavor and balances the saltiness of the Spam.

To ensure the egg coating adheres well to the sandwich layers, prepare your starch powder. Spread about 3-4 tablespoons of potato or corn starch onto a plate.
