Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Cutting it into appropriate sizes is important for easy eating with the noodles. The amount of kimchi can be adjusted to your preference, but for a deeper broth flavor, using a bit more is recommended.

Pour water into a pot and, before it boils, add the powder and dried vegetable soup packets from the ramen. This helps the soup base dissolve evenly, resulting in a richer and more consistent broth flavor. Refer to the ramen package for the recommended amount of water.

Once the water is boiling vigorously, add the ramen noodles and the chopped kimchi together. The refreshing taste of kimchi combined with the ramen will create a wonderfully rich broth. To prevent the noodles from becoming soggy, it’s best to cook them for the time indicated on the ramen package.
Step 4
