First, we’ll create a delicious broth, then add radish, green onions, and chili peppers to make a refreshing soup base, and finally add the roe for a flavorful Alatang.

In a pot, combine 1.2 liters of water with the 2 dried anchovy and clam broth packs and the liquid seasoning packet. Bring this to a boil. This will form the base for a deeply flavorful broth.
