Main Ingredients- 100g dried flower shrimp
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
Seasoning Ingredients- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

First, prepare the dried flower shrimp. Place the dried shrimp in a dry pan and stir-fry over low heat for about 3 minutes. This process removes any fishy odors and enhances the nutty aroma. After stir-frying, place the shrimp in a sieve to shake off any crumbs or impurities.
