  • 1/4 onion
  • A little carrot (approx. 20g)
  • 1/2 king oyster mushroom
  • A little zucchini (approx. 30g)
  • 1 Tbsp perilla oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 pinches of salt

First, finely chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces (about 1cm). Similarly, finely chop the carrot, onion, zucchini, and king oyster mushroom into similar sizes. This will make the fried rice look more appealing.

Heat 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a pan over medium-low heat and sauté the onion until fragrant. Once the onion becomes translucent, add all the prepared vegetables (carrot, zucchini, king oyster mushroom) and stir-fry together. Add a pinch of salt at this stage to enhance the natural sweetness of the vegetables and season lightly.
