  • 1/2 Zucchini (sliced into half-moons or julienned)
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

First, prepare the square vegetable fish cakes, which offer a variety of flavors. Cut them into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1.5cm x 3cm. Slice the zucchini into half-moons or julienne it, according to your preference. Having all your ingredients neatly prepped will make the cooking process much smoother.

To remove excess oil and achieve a cleaner taste, briefly blanch the fish cakes in boiling water for about 10-15 seconds. Be careful not to overcook, as they can become mushy. Immediately rinse the blanched fish cakes under cold water, or drain them thoroughly in a colander to remove all excess water.
