- 5 frozen dumplings
- A little bit of cabbage (shredded)
- A little bit of carrot (shredded)
- 1/2 egg (optional, if boiled to a soft-yolk consistency for topping)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat some cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Pan-fry the frozen dumplings until golden brown and crispy. Flipping them occasionally will ensure they are cooked through and have a delightful crunch.

Step 2
Wash the cabbage and carrot thoroughly, pat them dry, and then cut them into thin julienne strips. Fresh vegetables will add a wonderful texture to your bibimmyeon.

Step 3
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add the Jung Hwa Bibimmyeon noodles and the included liquid and dry seasoning packets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the noodles are tender. (Adjust cooking time based on the noodle type.)

Step 4
Immediately after cooking, rinse the noodles under cold running water to remove excess starch. Drain them well. This step will make the noodles extra springy and chewy.

Step 5
Arrange the cold-rinsed noodles attractively in a serving bowl. Top with the julienned cabbage and carrot, and the crispy pan-fried dumplings. For an extra touch, you can add a soft-boiled egg. Once all toppings are added, your fiery and delicious Hot and Spicy Dumpling Bibimmyeon is ready!
