- 1 tsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Bring 3 cups or more of water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, add the King Crab broth pack and let it steep for about 3-5 minutes. Remove the broth pack, leaving only the broth. (Using rice water will add a richer, nuttier flavor to the broth.)
Step 2
Take out the frozen seasoned spring cabbage from the freezer. Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onion into bite-sized pieces. (If you have radish, thinly slicing and adding it will make the soup even more delicious.)
Step 3
Once the prepared King Crab broth starts boiling again, add the frozen seasoned spring cabbage and sliced onion. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
Step 4
Add the fish cakes, cut into desired pieces, and continue to simmer. Finally, add the chopped green onion and adjust the seasoning with soup soy sauce or salt to taste. Your delicious soup is ready!
