Main Ingredients
- 3 New Potatoes
- 1.5 Onions
- 0.5 Carrot
- 1 stalk Green Onion

- 1 Tbsp Salt (adjust to taste)

- A pinch of Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, meticulously prepare all the ingredients for the dish: potatoes, onions, carrots, and green onions. Using fresh ingredients is the first step to a delicious meal.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes using a peeler. Rinse them thoroughly under running water to ensure no dirt or debris remains.
Step 3
Using a mandoline slicer or a knife, thinly julienne the prepared potatoes, onions, and carrots to about 0.3 cm thickness. Place all the julienned ingredients together in a frying pan. Finely chop the green onion.
Step 4
Add a generous amount of cooking oil to the frying pan and preheat it over medium heat. Once the pan is sufficiently hot, cover the julienned ingredients with a lid. This steaming method will make the potatoes extra moist and tender. While cooking with the lid on, season with salt for the first stage of flavoring. Adjust the salt quantity according to your preference.
Step 5
When the potatoes are somewhat cooked over medium heat, carefully add about 50ml of water. Cover the pan again with the lid and cook for about 1 more minute. After a minute, remove the lid and stir everything well to ensure even cooking. The dish is complete when the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Finally, sprinkle with black pepper and sesame seeds for a flavorful stir-fried shredded potato dish!
