Pour 200ml of cold water into a pot. If you’re using a paper cup, this is about 70% full, measured twice. Add the konjac jelly mix powder to the water and stir well until the powder is completely dissolved without any clumps.

Now, place the pot over medium-low heat and stir constantly while it heats up. Once the water begins to boil, continue stirring and boiling for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until the konjac is fully dissolved and the mixture becomes clear. Be careful not to let the konjac clump during this process.

Once the konjac is well dissolved, reduce the heat to low. Add the jelly juice and stir to combine. Continue to simmer for another 30 seconds while stirring to ensure the juice is evenly mixed. Avoid boiling for too long, as this can make the jelly too watery.
