Main Ingredients- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Onion
- 5-6 cloves Garlic
- 1 handful Sausages (approx. 100g)
- A bit of other leftover vegetables (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash and prepare the vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Chop them into bite-sized pieces. Feel free to use any leftover vegetables from your fridge. (e.g., mushrooms, broccoli, etc.)
Step 2
Slice the sausages as you prefer. If they are on skewers, remove the skewers. For plump sausages, slicing them diagonally or into half-moons makes them easier to cook and visually appealing.
Step 3
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a heated pan. Butter adds a wonderful richness and enhances the flavor.
Step 4
Once the butter is melted, add the prepared vegetables (bell peppers, onions, garlic, etc.) and stir-fry them over high heat. Cook until the vegetables are slightly softened and fragrant.
Step 5
When the vegetables are partially cooked, add the seasoning: 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic, 0.5 Tbsp gochujang, and 2 Tbsp ketchup. Stir everything together to create a delicious sauce for the sausage and vegetable stir-fry.
Step 6
Check the doneness of the vegetables. When they are about halfway cooked, add the sliced sausages and continue to stir-fry. As the sausages cook, they will blend with the vegetables and sauce, making the dish even more flavorful.
Step 7
Ensure both the sausages and vegetables are fully cooked. Avoid overcooking over high heat, as this can release too much water.
Step 8
Finally, drizzle about 1 tablespoon of oligodang for a glossy finish and sweetness, and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds for a nutty aroma. Stir-fry for another minute until all ingredients are well combined. This completes the dish.
Step 9
Plate the stir-fry attractively. If desired, sprinkle with parsley flakes for an even more appealing presentation. How about this simple yet delicious Ssoya?
