Main Ingredients
- Thawed avocado cubes (if using frozen avocado) 5-6 pieces
- 1/8 Onion
- 2-3 leaves Lettuce or Romaine lettuce
- A small amount of Cabbage
- Other available vegetables (e.g., cucumber, carrot) as needed
- 1 Tbsp Canned Tuna (drained)
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang-based sauce (Cho-gochujang)
- Sesame oil to taste
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang-based sauce (Cho-gochujang)
- Sesame oil to taste
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your vegetables. Thinly slice the onion and soak it in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove its pungent taste. Wash and thinly shred the lettuce, cabbage, and any other vegetables you’re using. Ensure your avocado is thawed and cut into bite-sized cubes.
Step 2
Place a serving of warm rice into your bowl. Artfully arrange the prepared vegetables around the rice, creating a colorful and appealing presentation. Spoon one tablespoon of drained tuna into the center of the bowl, and then add one tablespoon of mayonnaise on top of the tuna.
Step 3
Now, arrange the thawed avocado cubes attractively over the top. Drizzle one tablespoon of sweet and spicy Gochujang-based sauce (Cho-gochujang) over everything. Finish with a swirl of sesame oil for extra fragrance and flavor. Your delicious and nutritious Avocado Tuna Bibimbap is now complete! Mix well and enjoy.
