Essential Ingredients- 4 Dinner rolls (e.g., Morning Bread)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Toppings- Diced bacon
- 4 Tbsp chopped ham
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- Pinch of dried parsley

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Carefully make a deep cross-shaped cut (+) on the top of each dinner roll. This creates a space to fill the egg inside.
Step 2
Place the cut dinner rolls in a microwave-safe dish. Gently press down the center of the bread to create a hollow for the egg. Be careful not to flatten the roll completely.
Step 3
Crack one egg into the hollowed-out space. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the egg for seasoning. Gently poke the egg yolk 2-3 times with a chopstick; this helps it cook more evenly and prevents it from bursting.
Step 4
Arrange the diced bacon and finely shredded cheddar cheese on top of the egg. Finish by sprinkling a pinch of dried parsley for a delicious appearance.
Step 5
Place the prepared rolls in the microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high (700W) for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave and the ingredients used. Check if the egg is cooked through, and add an additional 10-20 seconds if needed.
