  • 1 Bingsu machine ice mold (pre-frozen)
  • 3 regular ice cubes
  • 1 portion of chewy rice cakes (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 crispy biscuit (Lotus recommended)
