Ingredients- 1/2 pack Frozen Black Tapioca Pearls (approx. 50g)
- 20g Store-bought Brown Sugar Syrup (or homemade brown sugar syrup)
- 125ml Fresh Milk
- 70g Ice Cubes (adjust to your preference)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare to open the package of frozen black tapioca pearls. Gently feel the package to check the texture of the pearls.

Carefully cut a small opening, about 1-2 cm, at the top of the tapioca pearl package so the pearls can be dispensed. Be careful not to cut too large an opening.

Transfer the tapioca pearls into a microwave-safe container. Microwave for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds until the pearls become soft and chewy. (Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s power.)

Once microwaved, completely remove the packaging. Rinse the pearls under cool or lukewarm water, then drain. Rinsing enhances their chewy texture. Alternatively, you can use them directly while still warm.

Prepare a clear cup. Tilt the cup slightly and drizzle the brown sugar syrup along the inner walls of the cup, allowing it to create a beautiful dripping effect.
