Main Ingredients- 12 mini sweet potatoes (honey sweet variety recommended, approx. 300-400g)
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup pancake mix (approx. 50-70g, adjust for desired dough consistency)
- Generous amount of shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese (approx. 100-150g)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Begin by peeling the skin off the mini sweet potatoes. After peeling, it’s a good idea to rinse them lightly under running water.

Mash the peeled sweet potatoes thoroughly using a fork or a potato masher. Aim for a smooth consistency with minimal lumps, as this will make mixing the dough easier later on.

Add about 1/2 cup of pancake mix to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well with a spatula or your hands.
