- 2 Tbsp Honey

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
1) Prepare Homemade Yogurt & Nuts Mix: Let’s make some rich and smooth homemade yogurt! Combine 1000ml of milk with 1 sachet (150ml) of Bulgaris yogurt starter. Leave it in a warm place overnight to ferment. Once your yogurt is ready, stir in honey and your healthy nuts mix for a delicious snack.

2) Assemble the Daily Nuts Salad: First, finely shred the cabbage leaves. Rinse them under cold water and drain; this helps keep them crisp. Next, core and chop the apple and orange into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped apple, and orange. Add the homemade yogurt and honey, then gently mix everything together. Transfer the salad to a serving dish, drizzle with a little extra honey, and sprinkle generously with the daily nuts mix to finish. Enjoy the blend of flavors and textures!
