How to Make Strawberry Latte with Frozen Strawberries & Strawberry Syrup
I made a delicious strawberry syrup using frozen strawberries and then used it to create a delightful strawberry latte. It’s a simple and refreshing way to enjoy the taste of strawberries, perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients- 150g frozen strawberries
- 4 Tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 150ml milk
- Ice cubes, as needed

Step 1
First, let’s prepare the key ingredients for our strawberry latte: frozen strawberries and sugar. If you have fresh strawberries on hand, they’ll also make a wonderfully delicious latte! If using fresh ones, be sure to wash them thoroughly and remove the stems.
Step 2
Place the frozen strawberries into a resealable zipper bag. You can then use a rolling pin or your hands to gently mash the strawberries. If you enjoy a bit of texture in your drink, try not to mash them completely – leave some small chunks. Once mashed, add the sugar to the bag. Seal the bag and shake it well to ensure the sugar and strawberries are evenly combined. For an extra burst of freshness, you can add a splash of lemon juice; this step is optional and can be skipped if you prefer.
Step 3
After mixing the strawberries and sugar, let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes. This resting period allows the sugar to start drawing out the natural juices from the strawberries, beginning the process of creating a lovely strawberry syrup.

After 10 minutes, check your strawberry mixture. You’ll notice it has become more syrupy and moist as the sugar has dissolved. This is your delicious homemade strawberry syrup, ready to be used! It looks and smells wonderful, promising a great taste.
